Deleting & the Trash

Deleting a transaction

Swipe left on it and tap Delete, or edit it and tap Delete Transaction. It moves to the Trash, along with its receipt.

Restoring from the Trash

1. Go to Settings → Trash.
2. Swipe right on a transaction and tap Restore.

Items stay in the Trash for 30 days, then they’re permanently deleted.

Deleting permanently

• One item: swipe left in the Trash and tap Delete. This happens right away, with no confirmation.
• Everything: tap Empty, then Delete All Permanently.

Permanently deleted transactions and receipts are removed from iCloud and every device. This can’t be undone.
