Account details

Tap an account on Summary or in Settings → HSA Accounts. On iPad and Mac, accounts are also in the sidebar.

Overview

  • Balance chart and YTD Contributions and YTD Withdrawals for just this account
  • Activity: its transactions in the selected date range
  • +: Add Contribution, Add Reimbursement, and Reconcile

Use the filter button to show one Transaction Type or change Sort By.

Account Info

Tap Info for all-time totals: Total Contributions, Total Withdrawals, Total Paid from HSA, and the number of transactions.

Editing an account

Tap Edit to change the institution, name, or account number.

Archiving an account

If you move your HSA to a new provider, archive the old account. Its history is kept, and it no longer appears on Summary.

  1. Bring the balance to $0, for example by reconciling to $0 after the transfer.
  2. Tap Edit → Archive Account.

Archived accounts stay in Settings → HSA Accounts, where you can unarchive them anytime.

Deleting an account

Edit → Delete Account permanently deletes the account and all of its transactions and receipts. They don’t go to the Trash, and this can’t be undone. Archive instead if you want to keep the history.
